The ACTIVATE Your Commute online tool allows commuters like YOU to set personal goals, and log your walking and/or cycling kilometers travelled. The tool converts your trips into greenhouse gas emissions and calories burned.

To help you get started, please take a moment and complete steps 1-3.


Step 1: How to Register an Account

To create an account on the ACTIVATE Your Commute online tool simply:

a) Click here to complete the Registration Form.

b) Complete the registration form, retype the number in the green box and click on the "I Accept These Terms" button. A registration confirmation message will appear.

c) An email about your account details will be generated and sent to the email address you provided.


Step 2: How do I log my daily walking and/or cycling trips online?

a) Click here to log into your online account. Enter your email and password and click on the "login" button.

b) Scroll down to the "Enter Your Progress Here" chart. Click "Select a Week" and choose a week to enter your trips taken and click "go".

c) Enter your distance (km) or steps taken and click the "Submit" button. A message in a grey box will appear on top of the page to confirm that the information you entered is correct.

If yes, click on "Yes submit" and your data will be displayed in the "View Your Monthly Progress" chart on the "Commute Log" page.

If no, please edit the information in the table and click on the "Submit" button.

Step 3: How do I enter/edit my Personal Goal?

a) Click here to log into your online account.

When you first log into your account after you have completed the registration process, you will be asked to enter a "Personal Goal" in kilometres or steps that you wish to achieve.

b) Simply type in your goal in kilometres (km) or steps and click the "Submit" button.
